SASSA Grant-In-Aid – New Procedure For Applying For Disabilities 2024

SASSA Grant-In-Aid

SASSA Grant-in-Aid is a social grant provided to existing SASSA grant holders. These grants are being provided to people who need constant care and are unable to take care of themselves due to physical or mental disabilities.

Grant-Aid provides them with the necessary resources to employ someone for their permanent care. Grant-Aid is provided to those already receiving a Disability Grant, War Veteran’s Grant, or old age Grant. People who cannot take care of themselves due to physical and mental disabilities can also get Grant-in-Aid.

Grant-in-aid assistance is provided separately to the grantee in addition to the existing grant. If you want to apply for any of the SASSA Social Grants mentioned above, you can simultaneously apply for an Up Grant in Aid to get both grants together.
